Chicken Salad
1 bag (28 oz.) frozen crispy chicken strips
1 bag (10 oz.) romaine lettuce
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
6 to 8 hard boiled eggs, sliced
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
ranch or honey mustard dressing
Bake chicken according to package directions. Equally divide lettuce onto plates. Layer onion, eggs, bacon, and cheese over top. Evenly divide cooked chicken strips and layer on top. Serve with ranch or honey mustard dressing or both on the side. Makes 4-6 servings. |
